Who We Are
Mentors at Our Core
Mentoring Mentors Inc. is a Baltimore-based 501(c)(3) youth development organization committed to closing opportunity gaps for Black and Brown youth across Maryland.
Since 2014, we have built a family of mentors, mentees, alumni, and partners united around one promise: every young person we serve has a fair shot at the future they choose.
Our work is hands-on, relationship-first, and measured by outcomes β graduation, college, career, and lifelong leadership.
βAt Mentoring Mentors, it's more than just mentoring; it's about deepening our relationships with young people. True mentorship goes beyond casual advice β it requires a family-like bond, relatability, and a guiding hand through empathy and positive peer influence.β
