Founder Spotlight

Alphonso Mayo

AM

Alphonso Mayo founded Mentoring Mentors Inc. in 2014 to give Baltimore youth what saved his own life: a family-like bond with a mentor who refused to let go.

A nationally recognized voice in youth development, his work is rooted in the conviction that mentorship is not a program — it is a relationship that lasts.
